The image size allowed in our profiles (and in most forum profiles) is small, so you will need to resize a photo on your hard drive. The best tool for this is a FREE powertool from Microsoft for Windows XP, and it is at the following link: http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe After you install this tool, you can right-click on any image and create a resized copy of that image in one simple step.
Alternatively, you can use Windows Paint to do it, or you can download a
free image management tool like google's picasa (www.picasa.com). However, the quickest and easiest way is to
